My friend told me about Boost Mobile. How do I get the Referral Program account credit?

In order to be recognized as a valid referral and be eligible to earn account credit, your friend will need to login to their Boost Mobile Referral Program account at refer.boostmobile.com and refer you via email or by sending you their personal referral link. How soon will the $25 credit be applied to my account?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for the $25 credit to be applied to your account.

What if I forgot my password / I need to reset my password / I'm getting a password not created message?

Forgot My Password
To recover your password, click on Login (located in the top, upper right corner of the page), click on Forgot your password?, enter the email address you used to sign up to the Referral Program and click Go. If you've forgotten which email address you've registered with, then please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

Password Not Created
If you've never created a password before, click on the Refer Now! button. Enter your information (first and last names and your email address) and create a password of your choosing. If this does not work, you may have originally registered your profile using Facebook Connect. You will need to ensure the device you are on is connected to your Facebook account and then select Sign In through Facebook on the Referral Program website.

My referral was approved. Where is my reward?

It may take up to four (4) weeks for the $25 account credit to appear on your account. To find out if your reward has been applied to your account, login to your Boost Mobile account at https://myaccount.boostmobile.com/ and check your Transaction History. If your referral was approved less than 30 days ago, your reward is still on its way. If your referral was approved more than 30 days ago and you didn't see it in your Boost Mobile My Account Transaction History, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page, or by emailing us at boostmobile@support.sparkrefer.com.

What if my referral is still verifying?

Please allow up to 30 days from your activation date for us to verify the activation of your new Boost Mobile service and your account in our system. Once the activation is verified, you will be notified by email if you qualify for a $25 account credit reward.

Why was my referral denied?

The person you have referred is an existing member
The person who was referred (the referee) must be a first-time registrant of the Referral Program and must register to the Referral Program within 30 days of your first Boost Mobile account activation.

Invalid Phone Number
The phone number entered on the referrer's or referee's Referral Program account has been deemed to be an invalid Boost Mobile phone number. Please login to your Referral Program account at refer.boostmobile.com and make sure that the number you have entered is correct.

The website says my phone number already exists in the system. What should I do?

There is an existing Referral Program account attached to your phone number. Please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page and mention your current active phone number.

What if I entered my information (name, phone number, or email address) incorrectly?

You can edit your profile at any time by logging in to your Referral Program account at refer.boostmobile.com. Once you are logged in, click Edit Profile. Here you can update your name, email address and Boost Mobile phone number.

Am I eligible for referral rewards?

How do I make a referral?

To send referrals, you need to first register with the Referral Program at refer.boostmobile.com. Once registered, login to your existing Boost Mobile Referral Program account and select Refer Now! You can start earning rewards by using any of the referral methods found on the home tab.

 

My friend has already activated their Boost Mobile account.

If your friend activated their Boost Mobile service less than 30 days ago, log into your account, and send a referral to your friend. Your friend will need to claim their offer, and provide their new Boost Mobile phone number.

Once your friend has completed their registration, please allow up to 30 days to receive confirmation that your referral was successful. For more information on the Referral Program and/or to view the Referral Program's Terms and Conditions, please visit refer.boostmobile.com.

Can secondary lines on a Family Plan earn referral rewards?

So long as the secondary line is on an eligible Family Plan, secondary lines can earn a $25 account credit. The credit will be applied to their cash balance, which can be used to purchase add-on services, such as international services, etc. The credit cannot be used to pay for the secondary line’s monthly plan.
